I reached out to the company the next day to find out what happened. The secretary was very apologetic and explained what happened in reference to the miscommunication between her and the workers. She then reached out to the owner Halainna. Halainna literally made my day. She was very apologetic and advised me this was definitely the first time this type of situation happened. She was really embarrassed as the owner. She personally came out herself the very next day with a staff member on their off day and not only cut my grass but at no charge.  I definitely didn’t expect that and was grateful and very satisfied with their great work on my yard. They definitely made up for my initial experience and I will definitely continue to use their services.
