I live out of town so I definitely understand the concern, but the owner took his time contacted me, went over communicated with my grandmother And was so attentive to every need. When I was in a pinch and my yard needed mowed at my old house, my other lawn care company would not book two houses under the same plan. I called several other lawn companies to mow my old house for just single time and I either did not hear back from them or they said they required atleast 2 or 3 service calls. Not beast mode. With no hesitation they accepted and was a little shocked by my story. They just gained a new customer!

They meant well and perhaps they were stressed by the holidays, but when there was a hiccup with getting in backyard, and theit 9 am appt ended up at 6 pm, customer service person replied to me pretty much placing responsibility for all on me in derogatory terms. They might have been a good service but after that derogatory email interaction, I won’t be using their services
