After losing lawn service 3 weeks ago, I dreaded having to find a new team I could count on. Beast Mode put all the fears to rest. The communication has been outstanding. They came out for the first cut today and everything looks great. We were starting to look pretty shabby. I'd highly recommend.

My experience as a first time customer started off not good but ended very well. There was miscommunication among the company’s workers that was supposed to cut my yard and their secretary. They never ended up showing up for my appt. I was so disappointed due to I had been communicating thru text with the secretary and she confirmed that they were going to be arriving to my home soon. They never showed up. I reached out to the company the next day to find out what happened. The secretary was very apologetic and explained what happened in reference to the miscommunication between her and the workers. She then reached out to the owner Halainna. Halainna literally made my day. She was very apologetic and advised me this was definitely the first time this type of situation happened. She was really embarrassed as the owner. She personally came out herself the very next day with a staff member on their off day and not only cut my grass but at no charge. I definitely didn’t expect that and was grateful and very satisfied with their great work on my yard. They definitely made up for my initial experience and I will definitely continue to use their services. Thank you so much again Halainna!😊

I was really in a clutch and I didn’t know what to do. I went through and called people all over Jacksonville to cut my grandmother‘s grass and no one responded. I live out of town so I definitely understand the concern, but the owner took his time contacted me, went over communicated with my grandmother And was so attentive to every need. I am so thankful and I definitely will continue to do business and I recommend this lawn care service to anyone.

My lawn mower broke a few months ago so the grass was really high and our house looked Vacant and I called Beast Mode Lawn Care LLC. Saturday when I noticed there business card on my door step. I talked to Rachelle (who was super nice btw) I got an estimate and was scheduled that following Monday. I went to work and came home to a beautifully cut lawn. I've scheduled a monthly service with them and I couldn't be happier with a lawn service. They definitely are Beast Mode!

When I was in a pinch and my yard needed mowed at my old house, my other lawn care company would not book two houses under the same plan. I called several other lawn companies to mow my old house for just single time and I either did not hear back from them or they said they required atleast 2 or 3 service calls. Not beast mode. With no hesitation they accepted and was a little shocked by my story. They just gained a new customer!

They scheduled the appointment right away after multiple calls. However, when I arrived at the property to show it to the new tenant, I had to point out all the spots that were missed with the weed eater, including the gaps in the driveway. They also neglected to blow off the side porch, and surprisingly charged an additional $25 for the grass being a little over 6 inches in a very small area. I wouldn't have recommended their services to the new tenant because the work looked like it was done by a 12-year-old who was still learning. The only positive aspect was that they edged the lawn. Fortunately, I had the foresight to bring my own weed eater.

Suffered this crew through Lawnstarter one time and they scalped chunks of our yard down to dirt and left brown crop circles with their mower from cutting wayy too short. Our lawn has been fine until we were assigned this crew. Now it's sad and brown everywhere. It was Monday 4/17 and now the 27th and it hasn't recovered at all. I guess they left their blades too low or something. They'd probably be better hired directly so you can actually speak to them vs them just swinging in, saying your grass is too long, and then butchering it. They blew off the driveway though.

My wife and I were in a car accident back in September of 2021. Due to that, we couldn’t keep up with our lawn care. I tried calling multiple lawn care companies around Jacksonville and all of them either couldn’t mow our lawn, quoted me an outrageous price, or wanted me to pay for a yearly service. I kinda gave up until I made a post on FB Marketplace stating I was looking for a company or person to mow for a few months while I recover. Beast Mode were the first to respond and they did not disappoint. They were extremely accommodating and the prices are reasonable considering the great service they provide. 10/10 would recommend.
