Great service! Back in December, I called one day and they were out the very next day. Did a great job. I hadn’t needed anything done until this week. I decided to call them back and sign a contract to have them come out regularly. We scheduled it for Thursday And had to cancel due to weather this week and rescheduled for Sunday I had to run errands Friday Morning and when I got home, they just finished doing my yard which was a great surprise!!! They definitely will be doing my lawn on a regular basis.

My lawn mower broke a few months ago so the grass was really high and our house looked Vacant and I called Beast Mode Lawn Care LLC. Saturday when I noticed there business card on my door step. I talked to Rachelle (who was super nice btw) I got an estimate and was scheduled that following Monday. I went to work and came home to a beautifully cut lawn. I've scheduled a monthly service with them and I couldn't be happier with a lawn service. They definitely are Beast Mode!

They meant well and perhaps they were stressed by the holidays, but when there was a hiccup with getting in backyard, and theit 9 am appt ended up at 6 pm, customer service person replied to me pretty much placing responsibility for all on me in derogatory terms. They might have been a good service but after that derogatory email interaction, I won’t be using their services

I hope this comment clarifies the accusations you are claiming against the company to be inaccurate. You hired us to provide you with a bi weekly maintenance service. You received an appointment alert notification which you accepted, also being told the times were approximate because with lawn maintenance every lawn is different in size. The team came out to your property on several different occasions and you were never home or had an excuse on why the technicians could not complete the work. You were also given FREE services on the work that was completed. I am sorry that you feel like it was ALL of the company fault. We hope you have Happy Holidays!!! Beast Mode Lawn Care LLC

A consistently good job on the lawn. I like how they always blow off my carport and wrap around porch. This makes me happy cause it helps keep my car and the house cleaner too without me having to sweep all the time. Also I really like their online system to schedule service, super convenient. Thanks for all yall's hard work!
