My experience as a first time customer started off not good but ended very well. There was miscommunication among the company’s workers that was supposed to cut my yard and their secretary. They never ended up showing up for my appt. I was so disappointed due to I had been communicating thru text with the secretary and she confirmed that they were going to be arriving to my home soon. They never showed up. I reached out to the company the next day to find out what happened. The secretary was very apologetic and explained what happened in reference to the miscommunication between her and the workers. She then reached out to the owner Halainna. Halainna literally made my day. She was very apologetic and advised me this was definitely the first time this type of situation happened. She was really embarrassed as the owner. She personally came out herself the very next day with a staff member on their off day and not only cut my grass but at no charge. I definitely didn’t expect that and was grateful and very satisfied with their great work on my yard. They definitely made up for my initial experience and I will definitely continue to use their services. Thank you so much again Halainna!😊

Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Nathan really disappointed us and lied to us saying our lawn, hedges and cleaning of the property was completed. When i went to the property they did cut the lawn but did not do the hedges and cleaning of the property. I reached to him and sent him pictures. I did not get back any response from him. He did not even attempt to try and handle the situation mannerly. If I was a new customer seeking lawn care services i would suggest seeking elsewhere.

We do not lie to anyone at this company, If there was a misunderstanding or something taken out of context maybe follow up with the company and make sure what is being said is correct. You are a property manager managing the property from Orlando. You stated you went out of country and forgot about your property and needed it serviced you were only billed for mowing,edging,trimming,blowing you were never billed for hedge trimming the hedges your bill was only $75.00. We hope you didn’t think everything would get done for $75.00. We here at Beast Mode Lawn Care hold ourselves to the highest of standards when it comes to being professional at all times. I am sorry if something got taken out of context. We hope you have a better day.

Very friendly and responsive on emails. The yard looks awesome! A text they sent when they were here came in to my phone late so they had to leave but were nice enough to come back around to service the yard. Would highly recommend!

They scheduled the appointment right away after multiple calls. However, when I arrived at the property to show it to the new tenant, I had to point out all the spots that were missed with the weed eater, including the gaps in the driveway. They also neglected to blow off the side porch, and surprisingly charged an additional $25 for the grass being a little over 6 inches in a very small area. I wouldn't have recommended their services to the new tenant because the work looked like it was done by a 12-year-old who was still learning. The only positive aspect was that they edged the lawn. Fortunately, I had the foresight to bring my own weed eater.

Suffered this crew through Lawnstarter one time and they scalped chunks of our yard down to dirt and left brown crop circles with their mower from cutting wayy too short. Our lawn has been fine until we were assigned this crew. Now it's sad and brown everywhere. It was Monday 4/17 and now the 27th and it hasn't recovered at all. I guess they left their blades too low or something. They'd probably be better hired directly so you can actually speak to them vs them just swinging in, saying your grass is too long, and then butchering it. They blew off the driveway though.

We are sorry that you feel this way. We are contracted thru lawn starter in which your concerns should be directed through them. They have certain guidelines we and the customers have to follow. This shouldn’t not be addressed on our google page as lawn starter has the customers contract. Thank you!!
