Way overpriced and didn’t do what I asked.

Your service was done April 25th 2026, you agreed to the pricing you was sent on your initial estimate which was accepted by you and you never reached out to us to fix any issues you was concerned with, therefore you gave a 1star review on a service you agreed to pricing to and never reached out for us to fix what you were unhappy with, unfortunately our company does not know if there is an issue if the customer doesn’t reach out and your invoice was paid as well so our company thought you was happy with results. We apologize but as stated, you never reached out to us to give us the chance to fix it.

They scheduled the appointment right away after multiple calls. However, when I arrived at the property to show it to the new tenant, I had to point out all the spots that were missed with the weed eater, including the gaps in the driveway. They also neglected to blow off the side porch, and surprisingly charged an additional $25 for the grass being a little over 6 inches in a very small area. I wouldn't have recommended their services to the new tenant because the work looked like it was done by a 12-year-old who was still learning. The only positive aspect was that they edged the lawn. Fortunately, I had the foresight to bring my own weed eater.
